Insurances we currently participate with are Select Health, PEHP, EMI, DMBA, Regence BCBS of Utah, and UNI/BHN through the University of Utah. Outside of these carriers, we provide necessary documentation for you to access any out of network benefits you may have. For specific benefits, please contact your insurance carrier. We are able to accept HSA funds for payment.
An office visit fee is $150 per 45-50 minute session, $150 for an Intake Session. Payment methods that are accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, HSA, Cash and Check.
